Description
Bromantane (adamantylbromophenylamine) is a synthetic adamantane derivative originally developed in Russia. It has been observed to enhance both physical and mental performance under stress.
Mechanistically, Bromantane is believed to increase dopaminergic activity by elevating dopamine synthesis and release while upregulating tyrosine hydroxylase and aromatic L-amino acid decarboxylase expression. It may also modulate serotonergic systems indirectly, contributing to improved mood and motivation.
