FOXO4-DRI – D-Retro-Inverso Peptide | 10 mg

FOXO4-DRI (D-retro-inverso FOXO4 peptide) is a synthetic, cell-permeable peptide engineered to selectively induce apoptosis in senescent cells by disrupting the interaction between FOXO4 and p53. This disruption leads to nuclear exclusion of p53 and activation of mitochondrial apoptosis pathways, sparing healthy, non-senescent cells. It was developed based on research conducted at Erasmus Medical Center in the Netherlands and has since become a widely used research compound in the study of cellular senescence and aging.
